They were extremely rude while we tried to extend our reservation by day. Housekeepers as well as the front desk made threats towards us

Don't stay here. It is run down, not clean, most things don't work, bed is horrible, and the traffic noise will keep you up.

room smelled horrible, sink stopped up, shower head broken, breakfast was disgusting. jus all around bad experience

The room was not cleaned, the bathroom sink, and floor were dirty, food under the desk, carpet not vacuumed, looked like someone had been sitting on the bed. The room was warm but the lobby was extremely cold. N0 Heat!!

Cold breakfast, had to wait two hours just to check in, and the front desk attendant was rude and at first tried telling me I was wrong!!!!! 0/100 for me! Also, the room key needed to keep on getting re-magnetized after each use of every door!
