The rooms had bug issues and the sheets came off at night and underneath were gross and dirty. Felt like the didn't bother to change the linens. Bathtub was full of bugs in the morning which made it unable to shower. Will not use nor recommend to anyone

The hotel outside looks like it's old.the rooms are outdated. The beds were not comfortable at all. I didn't not feel safe sleeping there felt like I had to keep one eye open. Then in the morning I went to lobby to see the breakfast and there was nothing no coffee made aboutsly nothing.

Passing through for a business convention. Great ammenities close by, so this made it more convenient for my quick stay. Staff was SUPER friendly!

We were in need of a place to stay one night. We originally planned to stop at Hays, KS however, all the hotels were booked. So we drove a bit further to Russell. I called the hotel to make sure there was a room and was told there was one king room left for $108 for the night. Against my better judgement, I reserved it (non-cancellable) so we would have a place to sleep. This was at 11:30 pm. When we got to the hotel, there were some random guys hanging around so we were a little worried about that. We went to the counter with the reservation and got our keys. Once in the room, we found it to be circa about 1978. The carpet was disgusting. No way we could even walk on it barefoot. The toilet didn't seem to be securely fastened to the floor. It was wobbly. The sink was stained I guess by hard water. The sheets were so thin we could almost see thru them. The AC unit rattled all night and never regulated the temperature. We woke up 6 hours later in an icebox. For over $100 a night this was a complete rip off.

Room was clean which was the most important to us, however there was a musty smell upon entering and the room/property was very dated. Staff was very friendly and made check in quick and easy. Breakfast was available in a very small area, but we did not stop in. Check out was made extremely easy by allowing up to leave keys in room.
