Itâs pretty obvious this hotel is run by a perfectly pleasant family that thought running a hotel would be super easy and found themselves in over their heads. My family stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We had two rooms, and both were missing basic items when we arrived. One room had no towels, the other had no toilet paper. We never once saw a maid cart in the hallway cleaning rooms. Our rooms were never cleaned in any capacity during our entire stay. But if you want to check out late, thereâs an $80 fee because it messes up the non-existent maidâs schedule. We werenât expecting 5 star amenities, but were expecting more than literally nothing. The staff was friendly. They did happily provide towels and toilet paper upon request. It just seems to me that they donât know what theyâre doing and thought they could manage it all with no staff. They were wrong.

Absolutely nothing acceptable. Nothing. Terrible smell in lobby and room. Previous guestâs notes left on notepad. Room had dust balls on dated lamp. Only one water glass. Went to desk for another one and was told they didnât have any. Ice machine broken on first floor, requiring a 192 step hike to the working one on second floor. Cheap toilet seat did not fit the commode and slid back and forth; very dangerous. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee, no juice, only two hash browns and sausage and eggs must have been put out at 6:30. One piece of bread. Only enough waffle batter for two skimpy waffles. Bright green, underripe bananas. Attendant wandered through (without replenishing anything) and when asked if there was any juice, she replied that the truck was coming TOMORROW. No attendant at desk to complain. HORRIBLE STAY.

Spent two nights, no tv either night even though after finally getting someone to our room it wasnât fixed. Breakfast first morning biscuits were very hard. Called front desk first night twice, no answer, went to desk, after ringing bell three times clerk finally came out, think he was sleeping, even though only around 9:45. Hard to understand him. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Tucked back off the highway is the easily accessible Quality Inn. From check in to check out, everything was nice and easy. Kush at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The double Queen room was clean and fully equipped with ask the amenities you would expect from this type of hotel. Breakfast was included and kept hot and fresh. The fitness center has a variety of equipment and we got good use of it. There is a small pool as well. Over all our stay went as planned and we had no issues. It was a quiet night, full of restful sleep, and we will definitely stay there again!

Quiet motel. Very nice in many ways. Hot tub was available; two other motels had closed down their hot tubs. Only negative that I can think of is that we stayed on a Sunday night and the restaurants (except for fast food) were closed.
