SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ottawa

Great value!! Friendly staff, quiet, immaculate rooms and a good variety of breakfast options, including fresh decaffeinated coffee, which, unfortunately is hard to find when on the road. Great local restaurant nearby (Prime Time Grill)!! Would definitely stay again!!

The door to buy hotel room would not open and staff had to come down and open it from the outside. I was told by Staff it would not be repaired for several days and was not offered another room or a refund. I quickly realize by life was in danger staying here and transferred to another hotel even though I was in town for the death of a family member and was staying three days

Traveling home from vacation. Needed an overnight stop. Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness. Mattress seemed newish. Towels were old. Low water pressure. Luke warm water. But comfortable, safe accommodation

We have stayed at this place several times in the past couple of years. It started out as marginal and has continued to go downhill. Our last stay was in December 2023 and we will not be returning. It's just old, outdated, and dirty. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. During our last stay we were awakened in the middle of the night by "late arrival" guests who appeared to be construction workers who were loud and disruptive. I thought they were going to break into our vehicle at one point. Don't bother with this place; it's the pits.
