Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe

This hotel has nice rooms with great beds, friendly and very helpful front desk staff, and Chef John is very helpful and does a great job with breakfast and dinner. It's two minutes from the highway and there is a Taco Bell, Burger King, Minski's pizza, Salty Iguana Mexican food, Johnny's Tavern, The Rub BBQ, and Shooter's Coffee all in it's parking lot area.

This hotel and staff were phenomenal! I was in Kansas City for an extended stay (over 30 days), and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other business travelers. When I arrived just before New Year's, many of the staff had signed cards with good wishes for the New Year - it was such a kind and personal touch. Sydney, Stephanie, Hailey, Rueben, and Armando were the best at making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They were so kind and greeted me by name daily. The personal touch adds so much! John, Sam, and Robin at the Terrace Restaurant offered friendly service along with delicious food & drink. Misty and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless! She always greeted me and was so kind to make sure I had everything I needed. Not only was the room always kept up, but the entire property was pristine! Honestly, for someone that spends 200+ nights a year traveling - the staff at a property make all the difference. This hotel is wonderful, but the staff here is the reason I would happily stay here again!

I travel for work and in 2023 spent nearly 150 nights in hotels. Recently, I messed up on a booking and Maddy (GM) and the whole team were so gracious about refunding the wrong dates and worked with the third-party to help with the refund (Expedia). This property is clean, quiet, and in a convenient location near freeways and the soccer complex. I will not stay anywhere else in Olathe. If you're questioning staying here, I highly recommend it, and know that the team will do whatever they can to make it an enjoyable stay for you.

Hotel selected by my employer. Easy check in by friendly staff. Upon entry to my assigned room, noticed a faint odor of bleach cleaner. Room itself is a bit industrial in ambiance but very clean. All the usual amenities except for an in room safe. Very comfortable bedding. No noticeable sounds in the hallways or slamming doors. This hotel is great for 1-2 day stays. Buffet breakfast only on weekends.

My stay started out a little rough. Got into a room and it smelled super strong like men's perfume. The nice gal at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) came up and moved me. This hotel is high traffic for soccer tournaments - complex next door. So if you are wanting a quiet stay this might not be the place for you. It is a fairly new hotel and is pretty modern, well appointed. My air conditioner didn't work so great thru the night - so I got hot. All in all I might consider this hotel again. But it wasn't my favorite.
