Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Newton

I just spent the night & was perfect. Called the evening shift desk clerk-reserved and paid over the phone while traveling. She was cute as a bug when we got there. The room was huge, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Didn't the manager run out to send us off with ice-cold water in the summer heat and wish us safe travels? The hotel is excellent, and the staff made it even nicer. Thank you

Worth the stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Comfy beds, updated property, good location and ample parking. Nice amenities, decent breakfast and seating area. Friendly staff. Could use a bit more lighting in the little bar/coffee area. Not the hotel’s fault but…. Be aware hotel room tax in Kansas is 21% on an otherwise affordable nightly rate

The most important feature of the hotel experience is sleep. The room was clean, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the bed was comfy. Above all, the staff is friendly and welcoming. It was only one night, but we will definitely will come back.

Got a newly remodeled room, but newly remodeled doesn’t always mean clean. Had to move rooms 3 times, 1st room had pink mold in the shower, hairs all over. Then they moved us to a handicapped room, was a bit cleaner but the shades didn’t work and their was a pile of dirt by the window. They said they had a cancellation and had 1 double queen left, but in all reality they just moved us to the 1st room that we moved from. We were tired so we just took it. Breakfast was so awful!! Would NOT stay here again!

Friendly helpful staff and a clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast was kept hot and was quite nice. I definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel was updating, but nothing looked in poor repair. There were even a few nice touches, like a choice of hand cream and plenty of towels. It was quiet and there weren't strange noises that some hotels have.
