This place is absolutely disgusting when we walked in there was nothing but dirty walls and disgusting furniture in the front.The room has dirty sheets the bathroom has hair in it and the toilet was absolutely disgusting pee marks😒 this place sucks.

We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel smelled clean upon arrival. Hotel checkin was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bedding was crisp white. NO issues. You can see it’s an older hotel but they have fixed it up nicely. There is a breakfast included and they had all the normal breakfast items.they have it available from 6-9am. We arrived around 8:45am and there was still tons of hot items available. Lots to choose from. The area this hotel is in is so close to so many great restaurants and shopping! We had ZERO issues and have spoken about staying here upon visiting this area again.

Had booked a room for 2 days and on the last day I had forgot to room key and went to get another one from the front desk where the lady was very rude and had indicated that she had given another key to my brother. First I was there by myself and out of her rudeness I called her out for giving access to my room to another person without my consent I requested management since from that point I felt unsafe to even go to the room. She called police on me and canceled my stay due to her own mess and placed me on a do not book status. Management didn't even address my issue at all. Wouldn't advise to book there considering the high price

Do not even consider this a La Qunita. It might qualify as a Super 8 in a war zone but that would be on a good day. Wyhdham should be embarrassed to even have their name on the sign. Dirty and run down with shaddy repairs. The rooms are missing furniture, exposed wiring, and I bathroom I wouldn't wish on my ex-wife.

Traveled to KC on business. The day was full of thunder storms. I stayed in room 137 and when I checked in there was a puddle of water by the AC unit. Not sure if the source was storm or condensate. Either way there was water on the ground. They updated the floor to LVT wood grain tile which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the bath towels were soft. TV was new and was easy to access my premium channels. Those updates and creature comforts, they were above average. Breakfast ran out of sausages, and eggs at 8:30am. Told the front desk and they did take care of it by 9:00, but I was already eaten and on my way by the time it was resolved. This I put at below average which offsets the room updates above.
