The pillows are super fluffy, pillows are the best! Gave me a great night sleep! The breakfast was pretty great too! Definitely wish it was longer hours during the week but overall not bad at all. I also had fun with my kids at the pool, they totally enjoyed the toys they had as well!

I called the Stonehill directly to reserve a room that I saw on this hotel's website. The agent said the price quoted on their website ($237) was inaccurate and the price was actually higher ($273) because it was a high demand time. I paid the fee of $8+ in order for the rate I paid to be fully refundable. With taxes and fees it was $330.41. I was discouraged by the higher price of it all, and so 10 minutes after booking, I called back and asked to cancel. It was then that I learned Stonehill uses a 3rd party for booking that charges $17.99 to cancel, even though I had paid the fee for it to be fully refundable. Terrible experience. I will not be booking at this hotel again. Be warned.

The staff here is exceptional. The beds are comfortable and plenty of parking. They have a mini mart with snacks, drinks and frozen meals. Large showers with overhead shower heads. I wasn’t a fan of the sliding door in the bathroom. It had a small gap. Very pet friendly!

We stayed for 4 nights to visit family in Lawrence and sadly had to endure a horrible ice/snowstorm that apparently rarely happens in that part of the country. On the other hand we were SO LUCKY to be at StoneHill Lawrence for the duration. Our room was more than comfortable, the staff was exceptionally good and Terry, in particular was amazing. Everyone was as accommodating as they could be. I will return there when we visit Lawrence again!

Shower was not clean and had hair all over the floor around the perimeter. Staff was not available via phone or at front desk for several minutes which offered additional frustration and challenges when traveling with kids as solo parent. Frustrating experience that could have been avoided. Requested quiet room and was placed next to elevator and across from ice machine on volleyball tournament weekend.
