Motel 6 Junction City KS

Hotel is infested with ANTS and BUGS! Possibly one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in. No actual people working at this hotel. Signs that say push 0 and call for help, no one ever answers. WHAT A MESS! Asked for new room and denied! I want refund!

My dear Lord where do I start?? Virtual check in with a India whom barely spoke English, incorrect room rate, broken guest laundry, reserved a smoking room, received a non smoking contacted the frontdesk and was informedthey were sold out , no shower curtin, key card issues, a terrible experience!

You are greeted by a computer not a person. Our keys never worked more than once. We had to get multiple keys made. We were on the second floor and there were no lights in the hallway. Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Holey curtains/bedspread.

This motel is filthy. The elevator was disgusting. I don't think it had been cleaned in years. The room was terrible. The bathroom light wasn't working, so a plug-in light was set on the counter and plugged in around the corner, and it barely lit the bathroom. The toilet was filthy! The bowl was black in places and the towel rack fell off of the wall. Checking in is an experience that was, well remote. No personal assistance, only a computer screen and someone, somewhere. We checked out and went to another Hotel.

We were traveling from Colorado to Tennessee. Just needed something simple for the night ! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Was a great price so was concerned was going to be horrible. I was wrong. Room was clean, sheets and towels clean, carpet looked new ! Great place for a stop over night !
