I would rate this hotel no stars if I could. Once we checked in and got into the room, there was an immediate odor and when we turned the heater on it only got worse. Toilet was separated from the ground so water leaked out every time you flushed it. Room was outdated and mismatched but whatever it was just for a night. Would have rather slept in my truck. Returned home today and noticed an additional $49 charge to my incidental credit card and called the hotel to verify why. Whatever gentleman who answered the phone told me he didn’t see anything on his side and when I went to tell him about our experience at the hotel he said “then don’t stay here motherf**ker” and then hung up on me. Extremely unpleasant experience and unprofessional.

I had a fantastic stay at baymont! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and major highways. Great value for the price—I’ll definitely stay here again when passing throughout state.

I paid with points at this hotel and still feel like I got cheated. I had stayed here before and had no problem, so when it worked that I was to pass through town again, I reserved without hesitation. No one was ever at the desk. Wifi inadequate No hot water Breakfast late and inedible

When we arrived at this hotel we immediately felt unsafe. But we went to check the king room we had booked through booking.com and found that they hadn’t given us a king room. We sat on one of the beds and it wasn’t good. So we went down to report the error and were told that the room with two beds was “good enough” for us and that the only king room was destroyed by a bad fight and there was nothing that could be done. We did not want to stay and asked for a refund and got no response at all. We made a complaint through the hotel and booking.com and received no response at all from either. The hotel is dirty and creepy. Lesson learned.

This place was horrible. The pics on website look nothing like actual rooms. The bed sheets had stains, pillows had drool spots & bath room had blood spots on wall. They used a toilet roll to hold up towel rack. The stairs felt like they were gonna fall in when going up to 2nd floor. All hotels were booked due to fair in town. We checked in & checked right back out! My husband travels for work we were in Hutchinson for a month we drove 27 miles to Mcpherson stayed at the new candlewood suites and he drove drove back and forth for work! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
