The beds were a bit of a mess. The sheets weren't put on well and the blankets were lumpy. The beds were extremely soft. Other than that, the rooms were clean and welcoming. The breakfast left a little to be desired as the scrambled eggs were dried out and crusty.

Great staff, nice rooms and a good breakfast! We think this is the best place available to stay in Waverly. I don't really know what else to say, but Tripadvisor won't accept my review if it is not their required minimum amount of characters. So, I'll just add this - "Great job Kathy!"

On arrival, I was greeted by a phone for check-in. I called and was asked to leave a message?? maybe a 8 minute wait. The guest services person was brief and businesslike. The room was a suite, the kitchen and coffee was good. The TV - small and a mile away from the bed only got a handful of channels. The bathroom was outdated. The breakfast was awful to the point of moldy bananas and no hot entrees, just empty steam tables. Even my hot water for tea was luke warm. This place gets an average because it was clean, for sure.

Check in was done smoothly and we were given information about the hotel. Our room was huge and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was very clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was ok, the pastries from the neighbor bakery were a special treat and very delicious. We even stopped by their business to buy more before leaving town. We will definitely be looking for more Cobblestone Inn stays in the future.

Kathy was a delight and made us feel welcome and right at home. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and there was plenty of free parking nearby. Nice local restaurants were within a few minutes walk. Exactly what we were looking for on our short business trip!
