We had a horrible run in with a staff member named Angie Smith. Not only was she horribly rude, but she looked us up on Facebook and made disgusting comments! I have never seen such disgusting comments. She looks normal, but there is something very wrong with her. She should definitely not be allowed to deal with the public face to face.

Very nice hotel and very comfortable. We had been to the area before and wanted to go back and the hotel could not have been in a better location. As IHG Platinum members, we were upgraded to a suite. After being on a four week facation, that was very apreciated.

I was here for a convention. The staff - Tye and housekeeping was very friendly. I had a king size room on the first floor - looked like a new ceiling. The bathrooms offered 1 ply toilet paper, no bar of soap. The TV had alot of channels to choose from. The bed was great - the room was very comfortable. This is an older hotel - a great location near food and shopping. The ATM machine was broken, the gift shop was a great asset for the guest to experience. They need to put a bottle of water in the guestrooms. The meeting space here is nice - the food for their events is amazing. The breakfast food is the restaurant was not very appealing - also it is closed for lunch. The business center was also a nice add on. All in all a good stay. Keep Up The Good Work !!!

We stopped at the Holiday Inn, Johnson City on our way to Indiana. The hotel is easy to access directly off the interstate. The clerk at check in was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable about. the area. The room was clean and fresh. The finishes were all well maintained. This is a convention hotel and we were surprised the bar was not open late, however we did check in after 10pm. Parking is easy with a sizable well lit parking lot on both the hotel side and convention side of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We will stay here again.
