Baymont by Wyndham LeMars

The place is old and run-down. We had a toilet that ran on and on all night. The front desk person came to our room and made an adjustment to the unit, but every time we flushed it ran on and on, and quite loudly. While it is pet-friendly, I was charged $30 even though it was not stated anywhere when I made a reservation. The walls were paper thin and we could hear far too much outside noise and our 'neighbors' upstairs. It was disappointing that this is rated as highly as it was. I would not recommend this to anyone.

My family has stayed at the Baymont many times and we always have a positive experience. We rented 6 rooms and our check in and check out was flawless. The management and staff were excellent and responsive. Everything in our rooms was working and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely stay here again.

employee found bed bug, and all they did was switch the sheets. They did not put us in another room because it was sold out. Refunded us for the rest of the stay and then we left. It was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel was perfect....clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly! I would stay there again.

Was a bit hesitant to choose this motel based on the ratings on Trip Advisor 7.6 but it was $50 cheaper than those with higher ratings. So I took a chance and would not hesitate to stay here again. Initial appearance from outside was neat, well kept and no outside entrances to rooms which relieved much hesitancy. Checkin with smoothly, room was very spacious and clean, all necessities were provided. Breakfast was delicious with many options to suite many tastes. Slept well, room temp was comfortable and the fan was not excessively noisy.. Checking out was easy and host was pleasant. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
