Quality Inn Dubuque on Hwy 20

The Quality Inn in Dubuque is an excellent place to stay and quite affordable. It has recently been remodeled and very comfortable. It is located close to the mall and shopping. Steve at the front desk is very nice and helpful and Melissa the breakfast host is super! The breakfast is always hot and very good. My wife and I always stay here when in Dubuque.

Motel was nice and clean. It could have been remodeled with in the last few years. Room was very clean. Three pillows on both beds. Bed was excellent nice and firm. The help were very helpful. Breakfast, Great A lot to pick form. I think price was moderate. I have stated in places that cost more and were not as nice.

We always stay here when we go to Dubuque. The rooms are very clean and they have recently done some upgrades to the property. The price is a real value. The breakfast is very good and Melissa makes you feel very welcome. I recommend this hotel.

Our family is a frequent guest at this hotel. The staff has been very friendly from the moment we check in until we check out. The rooms have always been clean - so much so that we can walk around in our socks in the room without the socks getting dingy. There is fresh fruit available for breakfast along with the biscuts and gravy. We have never had a problem with noise. The rooms are quiet as well as the hallways. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Dubuque.

We were able to get the last room available on a holiday weekend. The room was advertised as a suite but consisted of a king bed and queen bed and nothing else that you would not get in an ordinary room. The bathroom was one of the smallest I have ever been in a motel/hotel. There was a very small pool that we did not use. A group of college students in town for a tournament took over the seating area for their meals and were so loud we had trouble hearing the staff. Parking was limited due to a truck with a large trailer that took up numerous spots. Breakfast was very limited. Didn’t expect much and got even less. However dining area was clean. Staff were very pleasant and were very busy but maintained their composure during a customer’s tirade. Not easy to do. Easy access.
