Hilton Garden Inn Dubuque Downtown

Stayed here going to a concert at the Q. Nice clean room and great location. Almost attached to casino so location couldn’t be beat. Swam and hot tubbed in the morning before we left. Super clean. Will be back. Used a secondary booking site for a steal of a deal.

This hotel was perfect for our night at Q Casino. We were immediately greeted by a friendly front desk employee who ensured we knew about the hotel/casino shuttle. Upon checking in, we settled into our updated & clean junior suite. Cleanliness is something I don’t take lightly, so I mean it when I say this place was SPOTLESS! We will be back.

A THANK YOU to the Housekeeping Team! I left a voicemail asking if a fantasy football magazine was found after we checked out. I did not hear back. In less than a week, we received the mailed magazine at home. VERY much appreciated (they are not free magazines). 😁

This is easiest one of the best Hilton hotels we've stayed at. From the front desk staff, to the cleanliness, updated room, and great breakfast food and service, everything was top notch. No complaints from our group at all. Our in-laws, who stayed in a different room that we booked for them said, "this place has to be 5 star". That says enough right there. Thank you for the great night stay

This was one of the most disappointing stays I have had with this chain! The staff were not knowledgeable about the hotel, not having answers to important questions nor offering to find them. Room was not well maintained, i.e. filthy carpeting, leaking faucets, tub that drained slower than a snail and was so slippery I had to put a towel down. Misleading Continental breakfast, they charged you for it. Constant line of construction vehicles and noise...very disappointing. The restaurant- Houlihan's was fabulous with our waiter Danny being helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, my birthday dinner was the only highlight of our stay.
