Great stay, just need more of a selection for breakfast..no boiled eggs at all. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Quiet. Great location. Style of the place is modern, up to date. Pet friendly. I'd stay here again. Probably bring my service dog.

Air conditioning in room did not work and bedding was stained. Asked for refund or different room. 2nd room was also filthy. Asked for refund. Manager refused. Did not stay! Left and stuck paying for room. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was dirty reeked of mildew ac unit covered in dirt and mold carpet had nail clippings. Strait up filthy should have paid me to stay there!

This was an overnight stop for a long trip. We just found something when we got tired and stopped for the night. Overpriced. Dirty. Run down. Poor Breakfast The hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks/months. The room carpeting was better, but with the filth level in the hallway, it would be impossible to keep the room carpet clean for very long. Gobs of stuff behind the bathroom door. Appears that it has not been cleaned it quite some time. Ice bucket is sitting on a tray that has not been cleaned. There were rings from glasses and crumbs on it. Ice bucket has a hole melted in it and the top was filthy/stained. Hand print on the window, desk had fingerprints, full length mirror in the room had not been cleaned in quite a while. Vaneer on much of the furniture was peeling off. No stopper in the bathtub - the shower was nasty enough that my wife just skipped showering. I just don't have anything good to say about this place. My experience here will drastically influence my decision to stay at any other AmericInn.

Beds were good but the bathroom could have used a good deep cleaning. Dirty washcloth left on the toilet tank. Floor was nasty.. We had to skip breakfast .. because there wasn’t anything worth eating.. cereal, a couple of apples and some yogurt in a fridge that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Watery coffee with no creamer left. (8:30am) One little muffin and one dried out piece of bread left. The food holder was empty except for some dirty looking warm water. No one to wipe down the mess that people left behind on counters/tables etc. Decided to skip it and just fill my water mug with ice but the ice machine was filthy.. If it’s that filthy on the outside my guess is the inside hadn’t been sanitized for a long time if ever. Would NOT recommend
