The room were standard for SpringHill The breakfast the same toast , yogurt, oatmeal, fruit. The guy in the morning behind the desk was not very friend and was short when you asked a question .workout room was not very good. Ok for an over night stay

This hotel was very clean and gave great service. BEd was very comfy. Clientele was families and quiet. Easy to get to luggage carts. Room was large. Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast and was included with no hassle. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is nice but the room was very noisy. Some type of banging in the walls every couple of hours was really annoying and kept us up. It sounds like the pipes or something and when I pushed on the wall it stopped temporarily. We could also hear people talking at normal levels from the room above so the sound dampening was not good. I used points to stay here and was also charged $40 on top of that on my credit card?? I won't be staying here again.

Checked in earlier in the day on the Bonvoy app. Room was ready before we arrived and we used the mobile key to get right in. 5th floor room, 2 queen beds suite. Perfect size for my daughter and I and a two night stay Microwave and fridge, coffee maker as well The room was pretty quiet and my daughter slept well. I have a terrible back so I ended up sleeping most of the night on the couch. It was probably the most comfortable hotel couch I've crashed on. Breakfast was standard but good. Eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, cereals, toast, bagels and pastries, fruit, milk, coffee and juice. Plenty of places to sit and it wasn't very busy (went down around 8 am). The area was very clean and well kept. Free parking for our car, plenty of spaces. We got back from our day out to find they had cleaned our room which was unexpected. Overall a really good stay. Friendly staff, good location, safe neighborhood and clean as a whistle. Would definitely come back again.

I have a meeting in Riverside once a year; this is my go to hotel. Super location, tons of restaurants in the area. If the weather is permitting, there’s a great walking/running path you can take advantage of. Staff is wonderful. Shoutout to Levi and his wonderful personality!
