Best Western Plus Des Moines West Inn & Suites

The Breakfast was great with a wide variety and choices. Hot breakfast menu and/or cereal along with fresh fruit & pastries. Clean rooms. If you need extra or clean items for the next day...you better ask early( evidently a 2 day stay needs housekeeping told early)

The beds are comfortable, the hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is amazing with so many choices! And the food is always fresh and hot. The area is quiet and safe. Rooms are spacious, big bathrooms and comfortable.

The lobby and breakfast room were very clean and neat. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs with sausage patties, gravy, and potatoes on Saturday and what looked like fried eggs, ham slice, and sausage and gravy on Sunday. The guest room was nicely appointed with a desk, sofa, table, and bench for luggage. A microwave, coffeemaker, and spacious refrigerator were supplied but unfortunately the fridge did not have a freezer. The bed was extra comfy as were the pillows. There was a spacious bathroom with good countertop space and a magnifying mirror attached to the wall, which was a nice benefit. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water and an adjustable flow shower head.

The room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the room which was quickly addressed and investigated. The breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked. All in all a good stay in a comfortable room.

Our stay was brief, the TV didn't work and the staff person at the front desk immediately came and fixed it. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was right off the interstate. The parking was good and close to restaurants and gas stations.
