This hotel is disgusting....don't waste your money. The "buffet breakfast" was vile..no cereal, fruit, juice, yogurt...just horrid powdered eggs, cheap sausage and white bread...I went next door to the holiday inn for breakfast! The decor is old and dirty, the whole hotel is beyond depressing....I would not go back or recommend

This is a terrible property. No soap in the bathroom. Mold around the tub. One drinking glass in the room. When my wife asked for more from a housekeeping person, he gave her dirty glasses. She pointed that out and he rinsed them in the room sink and handed them back to her! Stayed 5 nights (unfortunately) and had no room service. We requested that they vacuum the room and they refused. Mattresses were very old and broken down. Radisson used to be a good hotel brand. Not anymore!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was smelly, dirty, and uncomfortable. My room smelled like smoke (even though it was supposed to be non-smoking). The carpet was dirty. The bedding was stained. The bathroom had signs of mold. The airconditioning didn't work and the room was 80 degrees all night. It was such a bad experience that at 2am, I canceled the rest of my stay and found a MUCH better option nearby for the rest of my stay. STAY AWAY!

We arrived after traveling all day by car to visit relatives in Cedar Rapids only to be informed that our confirmed reservation for two double beds didn't really mean that there would be a room with two double beds and, sorry, but we're all sold out. The front desk staff felt free to argue their point that a confirmed reservation means the customers are coming but does not mean the business will have the reserved room. First time I've heard that or had that happen in fifty years of traveling. I suggested they do a quick search for the definitions of "reserved" and "confirmed", but I doubt they will heed my advice. The staff offered a room with a king and a pull out. I am sure a pull out would have been the same level of comfort as a double for a person in their seventies. They also offered to cancel the reservation. We didn't stay.

Terrible hotel. When we attempted to check in, the front desk stated the both the front revolving door and pool areas are out of order and unavailable. After we provided them our names, the front desk clerk apologized and stated that the hotel is overbooked and they cannot honor our original reservation. As an attempted accommodation, they placed a bed in a conference room. Our family refused to stay in this conference room and they still proceeded to charge our credit card.
