Hampton Inn Indianapolis NW Zionsville

The front desk attendant...DAMARIS, she was the day time clerk and she was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She handled every task with care and kindness. She took a phone call while I was waiting at the front desk and her conversation with that person (It seemed like and elderly person with a lot of questions) was handled with grace and patience. Damaris is a great reflection on your establishment and I hope she can be rewarded for her kindness in some way. She made my stay great and I appreciate her!

Great Isabel at the front desk is great and deserves a raise. The beds are great . They have 50inch tv live this! They really have good deals on the rooms. The pool and laundry room are clean. I also appreciate the clean rooms. AmThe staff are all friendly!

3 of 4 sisters stayed to visit the 4th for the weekend. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. What made the weekend so good was the wonderful lady named Keke who was working the breakfast on our 1st morning. She brought out fresh western omelets that were so delicious. The maple smoked sausage was good too. They were out of oatmeal but she offered to make more. I told her I would wait and have it the next morning. She was very personable and friendly. I really enjoyed getting to know her a little. She actually works in housekeeping so we didn’t get to see her the morning we left. I was so disappointed because I wanted to know how her date with her husband went 🙂

The most remarkable comment I can make is about the staff, in particular, Tye & Isabel . . . they delivered 110% guest satisfaction! When you have individuals like this managing, everything else just falls in place. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Our experience at the Hampton Inn Indianapolis NW/Zionsville was exactly what we expected from our favorite go to hotel chain. We were warmly received and recognized as valued Hilton Honors members, the rooms were ultra comfortable (I love the pillows and perfect weight of comforters) and the breakfast was substantial and offered in a clean setting. Our son was graduating from Purdue University, and this Hampton was an easy distance from his commencement ceremony!
