We were persuaded to upgrade to a panorama room. We were surprised at check-in when the previously quoted upgrade fee almost doubled because of hidden fees. The room felt very dated, the carpet had been worn in spots and there was no microwave. Although clean, the room smelt stale and one row of curtains towards the strip did not work, causing flashing lights late at night.

We stayed 2 nights in an Ultra Resort Room with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was enormous with a spacious bathroom that featured a separate soaking tub, two large vanities, and a water closet. The room was very clean, but the furnishing and decor were a tad outdated. Bathroom was a little rough around the edges with discolored caulking and peeling wallpaper. But the bed was comfortable and overall, for the price, the room was nice. The weather during our visit was cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool, but the outdoor pool deck was spacious with two large swimming pools and two hot tubs. Along with lots of chairs and even a few gaming tables nearby. We took advantage of Ivy, the "digital concierge" available via text and were able to use the kiosks for check-in. Which was super quick and easy. So glad we didn't have to wait in the long check-in line! Great location on the Strip and large rooms made this a good deal

Room was clean, had a variety of pillows, from soft to hard....I loved that. Room stayed cool, nice to sleep in. Miracle Mile was great! Lots of good restaurants to choose from. Central location so it was convenient to walk to shows and sight see.

Rooms had great attention to cleaning. Loved its proximity to shops and food. Great central location for seeing the strip. Pool security check in staff could be friendlier but overall staff around the casino were nice. Front desk staff extremely helpful.

The service from the hotel staff and restaurants was top notch! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was a little dusty but clean enough to be comfortable. You really can’t beat a nice hotel with a short walk to the casino and food as well as the strip!
