Filthy room with stained sheets and mold in shower (along with hair). When housekeeping came with new sheets, they had to change them again because the second one was stained as well. Shoes stuck to the floor. Could not wait to leave in the morning.

This hotel gets zero stars. It's filthy, the first floor smells like marijuana, random people in and out of rooms, stinch of musty & funky body odor- so gross. Our AC was leaking the put towels down. I saw random bugs in the room. There was no top sheet only the nasty blanket that is never washed! Towels were dingy and gross- Last, nobody is ever at the front desk you have to call a number and the guy will help from his cell. Never again!!!!

I expected a modest hotel for the price, but there's a different between modest and plain filthy. This hotel is on the low end of the spectrum. We immediately noticed the sheets hadn't been changed as they some sort of stains, maybe makeup? I called close by hotels to cancel this one, but at that time (1:30am), there was no availability anywhere else. I asked the receptionist at least for clean sheets and said they didn't have any. I experienced an OMG moment when the receptionist went to look for the sheets. Dusty feet and wearing flip flops. It was then that I realized the type of hotel I had booked. For the first time in decades, I slept with my clothes on as I didn't trust the bathroom to even take a bath. I immediately cancelled the next night and moved to a much better one. What a difference. I got pictures but I'm ashamed to show them.

It's definitely one of those "you get what you pay for" kind of places. There was hair on the floors, and it looked like it hadn't had a decent cleaning in ages, but they definitely go ham on the disinfectant in some areas, because the smell was extremely strong when I first opened the door. Really needs an update; furniture was busted and feeling, the bed was beyond lumpy (never had that happen before), pillows were lumpier. I worked in hotels for ages, and usually strip the beds before I leave, and when I did so the mattress protector was barely hanging on by a thread. The breakfast was pitiful, but I wasn't exactly expecting much. It was loud, and I didn't really feel safe as the outer entry door didn't even latch, so anyone could just wander in. I honestly hope they don't charge the $1000+ most other hotels do per night for home games; would be a total waste. The only positive aspect, was the lady at the front desk that checked me in; she was nice, efficient, and I felt she explained everything perfectly. No name tag though, but she was pleasant.

The only reason I stayed here as much as I did was because it was convenient for my job. The office staff is rude with the acception of the Caucasian woman that works at night. The housekeepers need to be retrained on how to properly clean a bathtub. Where do I begin? I am a choice privilege member and have been since 2016. Just recently became a platinum member. The choice website states that we are able to ask for a 2 hour extended checkout. Which I've had no issue receiving at least a 1 hour extended checkout with ANY other choice hotel. Is this really a choice hotel? So I came up to the desk to check in and the desk clerk was sleeping. Do they get paid to sleep on the job? I stated that I was a choice privilege member and that I wanted the extended checkout. He said he could do it for noon. No problem! I was happy with that. Fast forward to the next morning and housekeeping was knocking on my door at 11:10 telling me that it was time to checkout. I told her that I was suppose to have a noon checkout time and then the office called me and told me I had to checkout at 11:30. I hadn't even taken a shower so I was a little upset and told the desk clerk that I was very unhappy. She said the guy told her that he never told me that I could have the extended checkout. Well he was probably too tired to remember seeing as though he WAS SLEEPING when I walked up to check in. Yes I left pissed! So fast forward again to today. I had a reservation for tomorrow night and the hotel called me to tell me that they weren't going to honor my reservation because I was put on the do not rent list because I was rude to the staff. Train your staff better or maybe hire some upgraded staff and maybe people won't have to be so rude to them. I'm also a travel agent on the side and have booked many reservations at this hotel for guests in the past. Well not anymore! I put this hotel on my DO NOT BOOK list.
