Staff and service was great. Clean bright rooms. Soft beds sleep well. We return again. Worth the price

A hot tub IN the room is so rare these days usually they are in the pool area so to have that in room was great. Hot tub was clean as was the rest of the room and facility overall. They offer a breakfast which is really nice for not having to go out early to grab something The place has a nice vibe overall. Staff is friendly price was nice ill stay again

property is well kept and is clean. they offer a hot breakfast AND grab n go items. The pool is open till midnight def not the norm for any hotel. Staff is AMAZING. They are polite and helpful no matter the need. The room offers a frig, microwave and coffee maker which are also exceptionally clean. The beds are amazing and the towels are nice n big/soft. We will def stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Mishawaka. The location is good, the hotel is only a 15 minute drive from South Bend. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower was easy to use, the tv worked well, and the breakfast was good. I can’t complain and I recommend staying here.

Had high hopes, but was quickly disappointed. Checked in at 230pm The pool area was unbelievably disgusting. Had not been cleaned in it seems a very long time. Towels were not stocked, trash was not empty. Old towels hanging. I called to have them clean it twice and they did not. Dirty diaper all over the area, used band aides, hair, filth on the floor. Windows were dirty. Not sanitary at all. The water was so hazy you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool floor. Hotel room tub water wouldn’t drain. I do believe they need to be reported for to the health department!
