What is Hilton afraid of? They do not ask for guests’ comments after every stay. Plus, Hilton makes it overly complicated to find and submit the online feedback form. Overall - good. Common area is clean and inviting, as expected. This area has a wonky approach from the main road. It can be confusing, especially at night and or in extreme weather. Checkin was efficient and pleasant. I had already checkin on the app and stopped by the front desk to get physical keycards. Patricia pays attention to detail and noticed that my choice of bed did not match the preferences on my profile. Patricia also recommended the best place to park for the exterior door nearest my room. Room furnishings are dated and in good condition. Most importantly, the room was clean! I appreciate the nice touch of the toilet paper end formed into a rosette. Checkout was also fine. Zara handled it quickly and smoothly.

When we checked in, there was no one at the front desk. It took about 2-3 minutes for someone to even realize that we were there. The room was very cold our entire stay and the heat was on for the entirety of our stay and never really went off. Even when I turned the thermostat up, the temperature never went up, but rather went down. This could be because we were in a room next to the elevator. The outlets did not work. Even when pushing the reset button on the outlet, the hair dryer did not work. Even when pushing the reset button on the hairdryer, it was still not working. The only outlets that worked were the ones on the nightstand lamps and the one by the sofa to charge my laptop. We were disappointed to discover that the hot tub was under repair for our stay. This information should be included on the website for anyone looking forward to using the hottub or even the pool during their stay. When we went down for breakfast the morning of our second day, we were disappointed to find out that the waffle makers were not in service due to there being no mix available. We were also disappointed in the selection of hot food. Its a good thing that we always have extra food that we bring each time we stay in a hotel. We frequent this hotel as this is one of our favorite "home away from home" establishments. This stay was very disappointing. We are also Silver Reward Members. As a result, we may have to find a new favorite "home away from home" when we stay in Plainfield.

Clean rooms, convenient location—overall, just a solid, well-kept hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a fun surprise: carnitas! There were quite a few kids running around the halls and up and down the elevator, but that’s to be expected sometimes. We stayed here for one night while passing through on a road trip, and I’d gladly stay here again.

I have been processing my one night stay. Pulling up, this place looked nice - what I am used to from a Hilton hotel chain. Once I entered, things went downhill. We were given a room that we were unable to get back into and took someone using a tool to open the door. There were no more King rooms left so they gave us a 2-queen room. We were unable to access this room and had to wait to get a third room. The room was okay but the hotel needs attention - details were lacking. Since I prepaid, they said they could not give me a discount. Instead, allegedly, I have been credited Hilton points. The person on duty tried to help but due to issues, it was unsuccessful.

This place was nasty. In my 1st room the bed didn’t have sheets, but it did have pee stains on the mattress cover and the comforter. They upgraded my room, and the shower was moldy,and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Then this morning I step on a huge wad of hair that someone had removed from a brush, and house keeping had missed. Don’t stay here.
