Super 8 by Wyndham Jasper

I'm not sure where all the good reviews came from but they definitely did not stay at this hotel. One review said this was their home away from home if so I would hate to see their home.At first when checking into the room it looked ok but after being there you could see that it wasn't cleaned very good and nothing is ever changed out. The room looked like a 5 year old painted the walls, the sliding bathroom door is nasty with peeling paint all over on both sides. The lamp shades were torn and had stains all over them. There were a group of workers that were renting rooms that talked loud and slammed doors all night. Was followed and watched by one of the guest every time I left or came in. I went and bought a door stop because the security lock didn't work good. Housekeeping started early in the morning which I knew they would but they were slamming doors and hollering at each other all morning. Do not stay here, I would feel safer sleeping in my car.

Really good hotel for the price the staff where really nice had a great experience if you need somewhere to go for the night this is a great place for you they keep up with the cleaning and maintenance definitely booking here when I’m in town again

Booked a stay for 2 rooms and 2 nights at Super 8 in Jasper Indiana on Wyndham website.Went to check in.Gave us two rooms side by side.Hotel was disgusting and way outdated.Had black mold and cockrosaches.Floor was dirty and sticky.Ceiling had a huge hole with wires hanging.Workers gave dirty looks and the hotel manager kept giving dirty looks and then disapearing.Did not feel safe with our two kids there so left 30 minutes after checking inn.This place should be condemned.Will never book a stay at a wyndham resorts again and will definitely recommend others stay away.

The owner and staff are amazing. They also have really reasonable rates. Worked with me on everything. I also recommend their breakfast. Rates start out cheap and they even let us move rooms for comfort. The housekeeping is impeccable. Actually the motel had such reasonable rates we were able to site see in jasper which has lots to see and do!
