Highly disappointed...ripped curtains and shower curtain, filthy carpeting and horrible smell of mold and mildew.... for the price and Marriott name I expected much better! I will not be coming back and will also think better about staying at another Marriott property.

BAD experience here, where we stayed for 2 nights with our small pup. Pros - Good location near restaurants and shops, pet friendly, good shower pressure/temperature, kitchen Cons - Resembled an old college dorm with different buildings scattered throughout property, outside filthy/inside dirty, beds old/uncomfortable, didn't even try breakfast it looked so bad, staff clueless and non-attentive, parking limited Would not return, despite the price...

Very outdated, breakfast was 3/10 probably the worst I’ve seen in a hotel the past 15 years. Room slept 3 only 2 bath towels provided. Rooms were clean and bedding comfortable. Honestly it probably should be Debranded as it’s not up to Marriott standards from what I’ve seen.

My wife and I stayed 1 night at this location. We checked in at a reasonable time in late afternoon. The room I selected through the Hilton app was "not available" so they moved us to a different room. The next morning at 8am, we were jostled awake by the sound of repeated attempts to use a card key to open our dead-bolted door. I thought at first it was a guest mistakenly attempting to enter the wrong room, but no. When I got up to answer the actual nocking on the door, I noticed that the hotel's *smart* system was displaying a "Welcome" message on the TV for a guest's name that was not us. And at the door was a person from the front desk who "wasn't sure if there was anybody in this room". When I later questioned this event at the front desk, the manager gave the excuse that "the system is new" and they were still learning it. They also said we were registered as a "no-call, no-show". If not for another guest's welcome message showing on the screen, I would probably believe that. After another hour, the TV turned back on again displaying a welcome to us again as it did when we entered the day before. Another oddity, though not one worthy of a such a low rating, it takes 5-10 minutes of running both the sink and shower on the hot setting before the water is bearably warm. It does get hot after several more minutes. It just feels so wasteful to need to run water for so long to be able to take a comfortably warm shower. On the positive side - The room was quite clean; the bed was comfy; the toilet paper was relatively decent for a hotel; the included breakfast was standard quality, but enjoyable. Other negatives - Rooms on the same side as the elevator are subject to highway noise from the I465 bypass. We are unlikely to stay at this location again.

I stayed here because my event had a group rate and it was conveniently located. Free parking and breakfast was a bonus. Entering, the little lobby was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I headed to the elevator. The luggage trolleys block half the hallway. The elevator entrance is like being in a basement. No lights for the floor numbers. The room was neat but it still felt dirty. The layout is bad because you can't watch TV in bed. It will swivel but it's positioned to make it impossible to do so. The TV kept going black and even tho there were many channels listed it would say 'no signal' The clock on the nightstand and the stove were blinking so they must've had a power outage. If I were to really nitpick even the notepad by the bed only had 2 sheets of paper left and someone had gotten it wet with who knows what. The bed was lumpy and you could feel a spring pop when you moved. Stains on the foot rest and sofa. A hair in the shower, corroded spigot, shower curtain stained and had a hole. Pluses for the room: the a/c was great and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Free breakfast? You get what you pay for. It was just awful. One couple scanned it and decided to go out. The scrambled eggs were dry and flavorless. The decaf coffee also had no flavor. The bacon was cut into strips as thin as finger nails and dry. It crumbled in your mouth. I have a few photos but I'm having problems uploading them.
