Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis South Greenwood

I asked for a mobility accessible room and it was well set up, the roll-in shower has a rubber lip so water doesn't get all over the floor. The mattress had a depression in it where other people have slept. The bedside table had a telephone and alarm clock, which I didn't need or touch. The alarm went off at 5:39 am and then again at 6 am.

I stay at hotels a lot throughout a year, and it would be hard to beat the choices you have with Hilton. This is another outstanding Hilton property. It was so quiet and with their app we checked in and went straight to our room with our digital key. The staff here were excellent. Everything was so clean and our room was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet.

We stayed here two different nights on the way to and from Florida. I like the Hilton because we can choose the room and use the keyless entry. We stayed in the same room both times - 528. King room with window a/c and heat. It has a keurig (2 waters are in the room which is a nice touch), microwave, fridge/freezer, wall soap and shampoo and hand towel racks. Bed was comfortable but firm, the room was quiet. Downside of staying here - you have to buy breakfast and the only coffee provided in the lobby at night is regular (why not provide decaf too?).

Hotel was nice & clean in great location near alot of stores & restaurants. My room was a nice size with a desk area, seating area & coffee station with microwave & freezer. The rooms are cleaned on a odd/even basis, so the first day I just asked for towels. The breakfast served was good (standard) eggs, bacon, potatoes. The employees were very polite & helpful. The hotel have plenty of seating in the lobby. It is beautifully decorated with a fire place. They also have a coffee & tea station that is available all day. The hotel is secure at night with only key card entry. I would stay again

Lousy! Nice building but the rest was BAD, Find someplace else. The early morning staff was terrible. No internet. Late opening for breakfast. Room AC did not work. Need I say more. Really tough to pay for this stay.
