Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

Shawn kept my room sparkly clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful. They all went out if their way to ensure I was well taken care of. Looking forward to next time. 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

The hotel is currently under construction, which lead to glue and paint smells. The elevators were extremely delayed, another guest informed us of a thirty minute wait. We decided to take the stairs, which took us through an active construction area. Luckily, Shawn from housekeeping advised us how to navigate. Also, due to construction, the makeshift "restaurant" is minimally set up, and not worth charging guests for breakfast. The building is very historical and pretty. Our room was large, clean and quiet. But the construction smells caused headaches.

We were in Indy for the NCAA tournament, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Hilton Garden Hotel, especially of Lilly who provided us excellent customer service at the front desk, both on Saturday and Sunday. She was so friendly and accommodating! The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment, and our room, which had already been remodeled was fresh, clean, and lovely. My only criticism is the low water pressure in our shower. It would also be nice to have a shelf in the shower to use for a razor or other items. The hotel, having originally been a bank has character, and when the renovations are complete, it will be even more beautiful. It's within walking distance to any of the downtown venues.

Very clean room, friendly staff from housekeepers to front desk staff. Mindi at the front desk, in particular, was so friendly, helpful, and prompt with service. Location was perfect distance for walking to Convention Center. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.

The room was great! The food was really good! The facilities were excellent and the staff were excellent too, especially Melinda at the food/table service area and Lilly at the front desk. They were both very conscientious and courteous. It was a pleasure to stay there!!
