Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis Keystone

This hotel is one of our favorites for many reasons. Centrally located as we make our way through Indy so easy on and off interstate. Very clean hotel and friendly staff! Marion was very helpful! Also, located near plenty of restaurants and shopping yet is tucked away so to give the feeling of being secluded and it is quiet. All around one of our favorites!!

Staff is friendly, proactive and professional and the rooms are very clean! Very nice layout too. The only complaint that I have is that the rooms lack light. During daylight hours, the sun is usually shining so that helps brighten the room. However, there are only 3 lights… one over each bed and a very dim desk lamp, which looks like something out of the 1950’s. At night, it’s a struggle - no avenue to increase light. I advise Management to invest in floor lamps or additional lighting.

I have stayed here before for a week and was happy to return, a week long stay in a hotel can be tough but this place is comfortable and friendly and an easy to reach location. I found the rooms to be of a very good standard and reception staff were always very friendly and welcoming I do think the breakfast service is poor and lets it down, breakfast staff have no engagement with guests, very limited choices and quality isn’t great. With the room rate at $140 plus, it should be a lot better and friendlier . Seating is low and soft and very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy food Hotel has a pool and small gym, handy to use

Great north Indianapolis/south Carmel location near shopping and good restaurant variety. I travel frequently and this is the nicest Hampton Inn & Suites I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and bright. Well appointed, seems like it just opened. The suites are large and comfortable. Even though in high density commercial area, my room was quiet and so peaceful. Highly recommend this property for business or leisure travelers. Thanks Marion!

Stayed here for the Taylor swift concert and the staff was AMAZING! they made everything so magical! Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was really clean and 30 minutes to Lucas oil which was perfect for what we needed! Would definitely stay here again
