Extended Stay America Suites Indianapolis NW College Park

I would have to say this is the worst hotel ive stayed in and ive stayed in alot. First we got there and our room looked terrible and we couldnt check in, then it smelled bad the fridge leaks no bed on pull out couch and after 3 nights of staying here the air conditioner stopped working and when we asked for it to be fixed while we were gone it was not fixed. The floor completely turns your feet black and when you ask for towels they dont have any. The dishes are mixed matched. We paid for a queen bed pull out couch and handicap accessible, no smoking. No bed on the pull out couch and the suppose to be queen is a full size with stains, Room smells terrible and even worse in the hall ways. All of your clothes will smell like cigarettes and skunks. Overall wouldnt stay here again, worst experience ive had. There is a extended stay near the airport which we had to stay in when the room here wasnt ready for our arrival that one is nicer and smells clean and feels cleaner. We also have been having trouble with them refunding us for the night they were not ready for us.

Nice quiet area I had no issues during my stay. Staff was nice. The room was comfortable and kitchen was a plus. Was told there was a change in management and you can tell. Would stay again. Place smelled clean and overall was very pleased. Not bad

This place is not good When I booked they did not tell me that there was a 100.00 deposit and that there was no elevator. My husband and I arrived and the guy at front desk said we have one room left and it's on the third floor and there aren't any elevators Rooms were clean but clogged drains stained sheets Try to avoid staying here not good

He is very professional , informative and detail. We feel very welcome into the stay here and grateful. I am wonderfully thankfully for service and sincere so we are giving 5 stars because that is the max. He deserve more.

ATTENTION GENCON ATTENDEES: I booked this hotel 3 months in advance and PAID IN FULL so that I had a place to stay not far from the city during gencon. When we arrived after driving 1000 miles from Texas the front desk informed us that they were overbooked. I pulled up my confirmation number and he said he saw our reservation but there was nothing they could do and that they could not accommodate us at any surrounding locations because they were all booked. I still don't understand why they completely ignored our reservation even though we had booked it MONTHS in advance AND paid in full. I have NOT gotten a refund and still had to shell out hundreds of dollars for a room at another hotel after scrambling to find something available. DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU WILL BE STRANDED AND ROBBED.
