Stay anywhere else, the rooms are extremely dirty and outdated! The staff has terrible communication. It’s located right by a train track that runs all night long. You can hear people talking in the rooms next to you and hear everything in the hallways. I waited for 30 mins at the front desk to check in before anyone ever showed up (during hours) When paying my last week, I work all day. No one emails or calls for payment and upon arriving back one night, I get a knock on my door at 10pm to pay. All while there is a card on file that could of just been charged! The weekly cleaning service in non existent. And while they say it’s non smoking, the building and rooms constantly smell like smoke.

I booked a room at your facility for my terminally ill brother at your facility and had the worst service experience ever! The rooms look nothing like the pictures. More like a cheap boarding house. I booked and paid for an 8 day stay and on the 5th night in they came to his room to put him out stating his reservation was over. I had to call the hotel several times to even get a representative to only be told by the general manager that they made a mistake. Stress worsens my brother's condition. After his stay was over they proceeded days after to charge my credit card. No call to inform me as to why, no authorization from me or anything. I proceeded to go up to the hotel and spoke with Amanda who by the way had a no more than 5 month old baby behind the counter with her that she wheeled into a laundry room and left there unattended while she serviced the guests. She proceeded to tell me she didn't know why they charged my card but the general manager did it. Now another reservation was made for my brother under a different card and name and instead of them charging the correct card they illegally went back and charged my card from my previous reservation that was in a totally different name. And furthermore yet again prematurely threatened to put my brother out but this time they came up with a reason and stated someone had smoked in the room. Though we have on recording the general manager stating that he went in the room and there was no smoke smell multiple times on the recording. When I shared with the ladies my issue with my credit card both Debby and Amanda stated that this should not have happened as someone else paid for the next room but there was nothing they could do because the general manager Calvin did this and I'd have to talk to him. This property illegally took my money and in addition to that are trying to find reasons to kick people out of their hotel and keep their funds. This is wrong and needs to be stopped immediately. They also are putting children in danger. Why would you allow employees to keep babies in your laundry room with all of those hazardous chemicals? That is a violation of OSHA and several over regulations. Cps should also be involved because anything could have happen to that poor baby at this run down place. I will be reporting this to all agencies including the news as this company is trying to rob guests and put them out after they have paid their money and fraudulently charging additional fees to guests no longer staying at the hotel. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY!

The hotel was very dirty, lots of residents living here, parking lot was constantly filled with loiters, room sheets had stains on them, crumbs in the bed, food smeared on the walls, front desk person was never there, couldn’t even check out had to call cooperate office to get checked out. Wasn’t able to get any extra blankets or towels the whole stay. Would not recommend very sketchy place. Could smell marijuana in the halls and the rooms smelled like dirty feet. Had no choice but to stay two nights considering no one works here after 4 pm

I would not recommend to anyone. Smelled of marijuana, no linens/towels exchanged, killed roaches, beds were poor, lights had short in them and poor customer service. Second night the sprinkler system broke flooding the 1st floor, found that most of those are this location are permeant residents because cheaper than renting. I am not one that expects the Ritz, but I would like something clean and comfortable. Spent 6 days in this place, couldn't wait to leave.

I've stayed at many extended stay hotels, both in the US and abroad during my business career. This is the worst of all, and really doesn't even rate one star. The clientele are mostly homeless, there's gang and drug activity, and the amenities are non-existent. While the bed is mildly comfortable, the furnishings consist of two plastic high school cafeteria type chairs and a tv tray for a work/dining station. One towel, one wash cloth, no shampoo or soap, and the noise is off the charts. Kids roam unattended thru the halls and parking lot, screaming, banging the walls, and riding skateboards thru the dimly-lit halls. The staff appears to spend the majority of their time smoking in front of the main door, or having meet n greets with relatives, The smell of weed is strong enough throughout the hotel that a contact high is unavoidable. Some may consider that a Plus, I don't. And if one of your travel goals is to be solicited by a crack whore, then by all means, get a reservation! And the local food bank appears to make random dropoffs of semi-spoiled food, leaving the boxes in the hallways. But don't worry, the random screams, yelling, and domestic fighting will be enough to distract you from the mess.
