Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast

I’ve never stayed at this brand of hotel before but it was pleasant! The lovely lady that checked me into the hotel who’s name I can’t remember had green or blue hair. She rocks! I love the breakfast and dinner buffet included in your stay. Oh yeah the breakfast and dinner attendants keep the food area clean too! They are also pet friendly as well. They also have a popcorn soda thing they do in the evenings. I love the fact that at 10pm the front doors of the hotel are key access only or buzz for night attendant so can’t no creeper just walk on in. That extra safety measure is a plus especially when you’re a single mama with kids. They do have a $50 cc deposit. My bank gave it back to me in 5 days so no worries. My family will be back in a few months. Thanks again Drury Hotels for your over the top hospitality!

I stayed twice, while visiting a family member in the hospital. The hotel is conveniently across the street from the hospital, and also convenient to Rt. 465, shopping, restaurants, etc. Stay on the Shadeland Ave. side if you don't want to hear highway noise. The suite on my 2nd stay was huge and luxurious. As at all Drurys, the amenities are great, rooms are clean, the team is caring and professional. This Drury does an excellent job of keeping the buffet filled up, even during busy times. Having both dinner and breakfast included was a huge help to me. Hopefully, both elevators will be working in the near future. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a great choice for families, offering a safe and comfortable environment. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I felt at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a secure, family-friendly place to stay.

Dirty, slippery lobby area. Filthy, unsanitary pool area. A staff person sat in a chair holding the door open to the pool/spa area. Never was anyone asked for a room number, room key or even allowed to use the key reader for proper entry into the area. There was a man with sores up and down his legs, people in cut-off jean shorts, babies in diapers (not swimmables) in this way - overcrowded pool/spa. Never swam after viewing this site. Only one working elevator without any sign of a repairman coming to fix the other elevator. People were waiting in long lines with luggage to catch a lift. I’m not sure what the heck is happening at this location that I had rated so highly only a few short years ago?!

This was our first experience with a Drury Inn and we were overall really happy with the experience: the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful overall. I loved having dinner and drinks every night! Saved our family so much money and stress! The popcorn and soda was a big hit with the kids. Also a big hit was the indoor/outdoor pool area. The only drawback was the broken elevator. This is not the staffs fault but it really did cause alot of inconvenience and delays waiting especially during check in and check out. We were on the sixth floor. We ended up using the stairs to go downstairs each day, but it was quite the workout to go upstairs. We went during an incredibly busy time so our wait times were pretty long if you needed to use the elevator. I would still recommend but hopefully they will get that elevator fixed asap!
