Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis South

This Holiday Inn Express stay was excellent. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and welcoming. This was especially true with the breakfast team! The lobby and room were both clean and well maintained. I would have no issue staying here again when in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for a cheer competition. The water in my room when off both days and when it came back on it was very little and cold. I called to speak to the manager about a refund and was never called back. I called the Holiday inn group where I was giving points as a sorry for what happened, and they placed a message to the manager. I called the manager of this hotel 6x and was never given a call back. the manager informed the Holiday inn group that since they gave me points, he would not give me a refund. I never asked for points, I ONLY ASKED FOR A REFUND. The manger never called to discuss this with me he only messaged the Holiday inn group to let them know he was not giving me a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

My adult daughter and I were going to GenCon, and we stayed for several nights. When I booked the room, I was told that I could add a cot to the room. When we arrived, the staff told me that I couldn't have one. A strange policy, but I'm supposing this was to cut down on convention goers cramming themselves into single bed rooms? At any rate, we took turns sleeping on the love seat, not great for one's chiropractic health. The kid got the worst of it, as she gave me the bed on the last night to not be sore for the car ride home. I think this became an issue after I booked my Quebec trip, and changed the default bed preferences on the web page. But, the breakfast was good, as it usually is. We enjoyed the city, and loved GenCon.

A wonderful hotel experience, from check-in to checkout. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The breakfast server was Ron, and he went out of his way to insure everyone felt welcome and got everything they desired. He joked that his mission was "to get you to stay another day and have breakfast with us tomorrow". Just the attitude that makes traveling pleasant.

Very friendly staffs at this hotel. Rooms are clean. I’d been in some Holiday Inn Express and not any of the services where excellent as this one. Location is convenient. Between downtown and airport. Thank you for making my experience stupendous here.
