Do not order room service, Bring your own water, plan to dust your room. Room service delivered 30 min after window of time requested in a foam container in plastic bag - coated with grease on the bottom. No water and no soda at the front counter - said their cooler was broken. Room was dusty on every surface.

The workers were nice, but horribly understaffed. We were there 3 days and our room was never serviced. We notified the Front Desk daily of our issues, but still had to go get our own towels and coffee each day. They charged me full price for excellent lodging and service while knowing they would be unable to deliver due to staffing issues. Disappointing.

The restaurant was a disaster. The food just wasn’t coming out of the kitchen. The parking is way expensive, then you have to walk 150 yards to the lobby. Then my complaint to the Hilton app wasn’t dealt with locally. This is not my first problem with Doubletree, while I’m loyal and happy with all other Hilton brands.

I stayed last week for buisness and they had me on the fifth floor and a king size bed. I had to come back this week and after a 5 hour drive I was really looking for ward to the comfy king bed. They booked me in what seems to be a 2 double bed room with a shower door that will not close all the way and you have to push to slam it. I asked to change my room to a king and the manager told me they were sold out during the week. I am here all week I would think I would be accommodated accordingly. Very disappointed.

I was severely disappointed in this hotel. The lobby and downstairs was utter chaos with 2 weddings, kids from a swim meet, and entitled Karen/Kevin cutting into the long check-in line to purchase snacks when we arrived. It was a sensory overload from just the sounds. We arrived after 4PM, keep in mind check-in starts at 3PM, we were told that no rooms were available due to being fully booked the evening prior and housekeeping being behind/understaffed. We had just passed several housekeeping staff in the parking garage smoking in the stairwell (which was awful to smell as a first impression). The only offer was to "call us" when a room was ready, but looking around, we found many other families sitting an waiting as well. They had no idea when we would have a room and we had somewhere to be by 7PM. They could not guarantee we would be checked in by then, 3 hours later! Also, on such a busy day - NO MANAGEMENT WAS ON PROPERTY. Their only offer was to not charge us for parking - which is about $20. We asked them to cancel our reservation, without cancelation fees and call other properties in the area for a room we could check into upon arrival. They obliged by calling their sister property 10 minutes away. This is why they get a 2/5 and not a 1/5.
