This hotel is Very convenient, the breakfast is good, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and it has friendly staff. We stay many times a year and the staff recognizes us. They make us feel welcomed. This hotel fits our needs very well. We will continue to stay here.

The most important thing would be there is no elevator which is inconvenient for those unable to take stairs. It's proximity to the Blue Gate PAC in Shipshewana is the reason I chose this one and it literally takes a minute to walk there. It is pretty much like most hotels; the cleanliness is a bit touch and go especially in the bathroom. The TV didn't work (not a big problem with me but may be to others) and the heat/air conditioner was a bit confusing. The pillows are huge, and some people may love that, not so with me, but that's just being picky. The breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage gravy/biscuit, bacon, waffles/toast, bagel/cream cheese, juice and coffee. Not a bad stay, I was just there for a night, but in my opinion, just too pricy for a one-night stay. And why would the desk attendant wear a T- shirt that says I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK on it?

The employees were very helpful and kind. The rooms are nothing fancy but very clean. The price is very economical, especially compared to nearby hotels. The location is perfect to get to all of the Shipshewana activities. Right next to the Blue Gate Performing center, so you can walk to your show.

Room 113. Heater made clicking sound all night. The water marks on the ceiling made the room shabby. Most importantly, the beds are not Queen size(60"x80"). They are doubles (54"x75") and the booking system is fraudulently calling them queens.

Always have chosen this hotel when in town for a dog show. Very clean and accommodating for me and my dog. Always feel safe and welcome here. Breakfast was delicious and is a key reason for booking a hotel on weekends away. This is right next to a gas station so outside itself isn't super quiet but nothing awful either. Would stay again.
