Best Western Edinburgh Columbus

When I checked in I was told the only room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. I explained I have a broken leg and can't do the stairs. They tell me there are no other rooms. I asked for a refund and was told only the GM can approve that, and he is out until the middle of next week. While I was trying to call the corporate line the front desk advised they have a cancellation on the first floor. On e I got to my room I was met with a nasty mold like smell. Awful hotel!

Great hotel for a night of travel. We had booked this to break up our drive heading south from WI. Due to CRAZY traffic and a closed highway in Chicago, we didn't check in til nearly 2am. I had called the hotel and they told me no worries, just drive safely. Much appreciated! Clean room and lobby, nice breakfast, comfortable beds made for a nice place to sleep after a stressful drive.

I have stayed at this Best Western in the past, and have always been very pleased with all aspects of my stay. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good. When looking at quality, price, amenities, and location the Best Western would be my recommendation.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and would say the stay was very quiet and I received great service. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. There was a nice sized mini fridge and a microwave. This hotel is in a great location with Applebees, Starbucks, and Taco Bell located directly in front of the hotel as well as a gas station. The complementary breakfast was really really good. They had sausage patties, potatoes, eggs, pastries, a waffle maker with toppings as well as coffee, milk and juice. The breakfast tenant did an excellent job with keeping it fully stocked.

I didn’t like the fact that my pet couldn’t come out the room if I wanted to use the exercise room or pool area for at least 30 minutes. I had left a day earlier because I wasn’t completely satisfied overall during my stay. The room was musty and the bed felt damp like they didn’t let the sheets dry long enough. When I was already home a day later the young man from the front desk called stating someone was complaining about my dog and I informed him that we had already left the hotel a day prior and was already home and he finally had to say he was sorry for the phone call.
