Hotel Indigo Columbus Architectural Center an IHG Hotel

Honestly, the list of positive things about this hotel is too long to write. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. And this included upscale European hotels. You will find no friendlier and responsive staff anywhere!! Tripp is a big plus. ❤️ The hotel itself is visually so interesting, the lobby space is bright and comfortable. There is a small but good restaurant area. I have only eaten breakfast there but it tasted great and the menu can satisfy everyone.

This is our 3rd time staying and zero complaints! The staff here is amazing- very friendly and welcoming! My kiddos love the pool. perfect location to all the great spots downtown! The food is also delicious and unique! A must try if you stay!

This is my home away from home, multiple times a month I stay here for business. John and Lavonne are great at the bar, Kim at the front desk is top notch, and Derek, thanks for cleaning the snow off man!! They make me feel at home here, any issue is quickly rectified. Location is perfect for my business needs.

The best place to stay in Columbus! Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help. Really really appreciated that their chief engineer Derek cleaned the snow of all the cars in the parking lot multiple times during the week of my stay. Such a thoughtful and differentiating touch!

Unexpectedly spent a night at Hotel Indigo and was so impressed. John at the restaurant and bar was nice. He was the only one working on a snowy Sunday night. He was so nice to my children and was very quick to get their food cooked and to the table. I would have guessed that there was a couple employees in the back cooking but he was all alone and kept up with bar orders and food purchase’s. Very polite and didn’t rush us even though we were approaching the 9pm closing time. Steven at the front was also very enjoyable and accommodating. This hotel is Managed by Kevin, he also greeted us and made sure we had every need met. We will definitely recommend this little slice of heaven and will return in the future.
