So disappointed, this hotel is not up to Hilton standards! The room was filthy, dog hair all thoughout the hotel and room. Staffed blamed the filth on the hotel needed an upgrade. Visited a few other rooms all to see that they are mostly in the same condition, filthy, unclean, and not sanitary. Breakfast if you can call it that, items meant to be hot were cold and the items meant to be cold were hot! The breakfast staff was attempting to serve but were unable to speak english, they couldnt converse with the customers. Staff was more interested in playing on their phones, than helping hotel guests. Management was rude, dismissive, and arrogant, would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

There are so many things I like about this hotel. It has a great room and includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher! Expensive hotel though. I normally wouldn't pay that rate but I had a free night. The TV was large but I didn't like there were no live tv channels, just streaming. And I was disappointed with the breakfast. Hampton inn is less expensive and yet, has a better breakfast. This hotel does have a free electric car charger.

We stayed a night here while in town for softball games and had a good stay. The hotel is pet friendly which is essential for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a decent breakfast. It is a little awkward to find without gps down an access road but is still 5 minutes away from restaurants and the main road. It is easy to get back into downtown Louisville if your stay takes you there. Our only complaint was the tiny pillows.

Very pet friendly. Gave us treats and bowls. Great breakfast options. Comfortable beds. Great size little kitchen in the room. Pull out couch worked great for our teenagers. Felt safe at this location. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

$240 for one night. Wash rags with brown spots, and you better bring your own blankets if you are the one stuck on the fold out bed. Cause they don't like it when you ask for something besides the hospital blanket they provide for that person
