Extended Stay America Select Suites Indianapolis Plainfield

Have stayed at this hotel for the last few months. Taylor Swift concert came into town. They raised everybody’s rates $50 a week and did not lower them. Called customer service to try and readjust the rent and they wanted to raise it even higher. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ll never stay here again. Their business practices are so deceitful.

This place is terrible. If you dont mind the smell of dogs, cigarettes, weed and disinfectant then you will like this place. I read great reviews but this place is a dump. Guess you get what you pay for.

Great staff at this location. With only one exception. The older woman at the front desk. While the others are welcoming, helpful + friendly, she is grouchy, unfriendly, defensive and clearly views customers as a burden. Maybe she is sick - or her husband is sick, etc. - you never know what someone is going through and It's good to have compassion. But in my 3 or 4 interactions with her she is as bothered as the last time. Very unpleasant, customer un-friendly person.

I was very ambivalent about staying in an extended stay hotel. Till i experienced Candy and Barb, fabulous ladies. They have met all my needs. My room was so clean upon arrival. I have pet allergies and i would have never know there were pets here those ladies do such a great job at keeping things clean. If your coking to the area definitely stay here and these ladies will take great care of you.

I had a horrible experience on 12/7/19 and I don’t think I’ll ever use this hotel again. I reserved a hotel room on Friday for Saturday night only, and I got to the hotel on Saturday night late with my son, only to be told that the hotel had no rooms available. There weren’t any hotel rooms available within 40 miles. I was stranded in the middle of the night, in the cold, in the middle of nowhere, with my four year old son. I had to do a 45 minute drive at 2:30am to find a hotel that had rooms open because this hotel said they could not do anything for me.
