Jef Jeff Jeff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how he could be of assistance. His enthusiasm during checkout was so amazing that I looked around as if I was getting punked. In fact he gave me an upgrade and provided me a better room than expected just because it was available. His customer service is second to none and should be recognized at every turn. This gentleman is a great asset to the company and I look forward to my return.

Poor representation of a Marriott. Felt like I stepped back into 1985. Our room was “renovated” but the bones of the building are old. Our door did not shut automatically like most do (not to mention chunk looked carved out of it like someone at one point tried to break in. heating system super loud and dated, walls paper thin. We could hear neighbors in their bathroom, people sneezing, clearing throat, etc. people in hallway or next door rooms literally sounded like they were in our room with us. There is no “cafe” featuring Starbucks as advertised. You wait at the corner of the bar to order. Expresso machine is partially broken so no hot specialty coffees that were made with the frother. You could get expresso or coffee. Just disappointing experience all around. Employees were very kind. I felt bad for them because the bar/restaurant was short staffed. They should have torn the entire building down and started fresh.

The front staff, Jeff, Kolbi , Alice and Faith were all absolutely spectacular and welcoming, and incredibly helpful to us when we booked day of at this location. They wer nothing short of incredible, and in addition, helped me recover lost property.

My friends & I stayed at the Indianapolis Marriot East over the Thanksgiving weekend for a science fiction convention. The room was great & the bathroom was just right. There were only 2 things that we had trouble with. One was the heat didn't seem to get very warm & the heater was a bit noisy when it kicked on. The other was that there was only 3 sets of towels in a room that holds 4 persons, & it took almost 3 hours to get the extra towels we requested. The restaurant was good also & the wait staff were friendly & helpful.

My daughter and I traveled to Indianapolis for the FFA Convention. I had called ahead before we landed because we needed an early check-in to get to an event on time. I spoke with Jeff Bobbitt at the front desk. He said please come to the front desk and he would take care of us. Not only were we able to check-in early, he upgraded our room. He called our room to ask us what we thought. We were so thankful. We had so much space to relax in our room and we were able to get to the Fairgrounds for the rodeo on time. Jeff would greet us everytime we walked in and always asked how our stay was. So surely he wouldn't allow us to check-out late bc of an awards ceremony at Lucas Oil Stadium. We wouldn't have got back in time. Again he said no problem as we needed an extra hour to get back to gather our things. When Jeff Bobbitt was not at the front desk, his staff was equally kind, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
