This price is only worth about half the price we paid. The hotel is still undergoing renovations with those renovations poorly done. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes and never saw a single employee. We got tired of waiting so left to get something to eat and came back later. They had overbooked and gave away our room, so we did receive an upgrade. The room number written in magic marker on painter tape outside the door. The mattress was already obviously worn (you could see the indents where people had slept and it sagged) and quite uncomfortable. The parts that had been redone were sloppy and without care (towel rods that weren't even level to the eye so towels fell to the side, wallpaper that didn't even sit in the corners or line up, newly painted trim that had paint slopped on, rusted vents, and poorly cut trim). I know it's dumb, but when paying almost $300 a night on a Hilton, it's expected to be worth that price. The member reception is ONLY held Wednesdays and no other nights. It was obvious housekeeping didn't care as there were trash cans set in the hall and dirty towels outside rooms that we watched housekeeping just walk by. I understood why the trashcans were out when we got into our room (1 bedroom) and found two tiny trash cans (bedroom and living room). If staying, bring your own trashbags as they will fill quickly with no one to take them out. The breakfast food that should be hot was cold, and the food that should be cold was luke warm. It was very disappointing, and we wouldn't stay there again. I see it is now around $120 a night and so not sure why a random weekend night last week was almost $300.

I’m staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I quickly realized that the hotel is undergoing significant construction. The noise was incessant, even at 7:45 PM, which made it nearly impossible to relax. To make matters worse, neither the phone in my room nor the TV were functioning properly. I reached out to the front desk for assistance, but the clerk was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the issues I was facing. Frustrated, I even had to speak to the construction workers myself to ask them to keep it down. I understand that renovations are necessary, but better communication and support from the staff would have made a huge difference. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the construction is complete.

Terrible. Avoid. Stay somewhere else. Stayed here for 3 nights. Dirty washcloth in the bathroom from the previous occupant along with their trash left on the floor. No housekeeping for 3 days. Told to empty our trash bins into the hallway. Dirty, tired, outdated room in desperate need of a reno. They tried to downgrade our room on arrival because the one we booked was given to another guest. In my opinion the young man at the front desk is the rudest, most unkind customer facing individual a hospitality establishment could ever hire. Manny, if you’re listening, you have a lot of work to do to bring this place up to Hilton standards.

My family and I were in town for the holidays. The experience was horrible. The young man at the front desk provided no customer service. The room had hairs inside and outside of the tub and sink. This was reported to the young man at the front desk. The same hairs were there when we check out. The ice machine was broken and the front desk never returned my in app messages about it. There was no evening reception on Wed. and the room was hot, never going below 70 degrees despite the ac being set on 64. Over all a horrible experience.

The reason I selected this hotel is I had a voucher from Hilton for one free night. But the clerk who checked me in had no idea hot to insert this into the system, so I had to stop on my way the next morning. This was inconvenient, and took a lot of extra time, but I was told it had to be done before the next evening's stay. The hotel is also very dark in the parking area and at the end of a long street that is full of construction. I was not convinced of my safety due to how dark the parking area was. I did have breakfast and it was pretty good, but not the best. If I return to this ara I will select a different Hilton brand to stay at.
