Sonesta Simply Suites Chicago Naperville

This hotel was so nice! It was spotlessly clean, and I checked. I always wipe everything with lysol wipes and not one dirt speck was on any wipe. I wipe door handles, faucet handles, light switches and remotes. Impressive! The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. The cherry on top of our stay was the staff. Every staff person was kind and helpful. My husband had surgery recently and we were staying there to be close to his hospital. The staff genuinely cared about our needs.

The room is always refreshed once a week and they stock everything needed. Like fresh towels and clean bedding. The room service staff is also very friendly and o look forward to interacting with them. The very kind lady at the front desk Victoria, was very helpful and checked me out/in without me having to come downstairs! I am very grateful for that!

Victoria was very helpful and kind! Thank you for all your help! We had been on the last night of a two week long vacation. When we arrived, we were tired and exhausted from the long drive. We asked Victoria if she could try to find a room that might be quieter. She took the time to try her best to find a room. We had the quietest night!
