Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Oak Brook

Came into the hotel after a long day at work. Needed to unwind and relax. Food was good. Service was fast and attentive. Thank you Dewy. Atmosphere was relaxing and clean. Recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality location for business or pleasure.

Horrible under construction the cook didn't show up children's birthday party all weekend was only returned half my money staff can't find my other reservation never a hilton again also wasn't told it was under construction hot tub broke tk to a man who said I talked to the right person to resolve my complaint only received 1/2 my refund they can't find the second night that I tried to cancel hilton is no where thier customer service they use to have

Checked in August 22, 2024 for 4 nights. Hotel under construction with roll offs and trailers in parking lot. By the way, hotel charges $6 per day for parking in lot of a suburban hotel. Money Grab. We stayed there because we were attending a very special party at the Drury Lane across the street. Very Convenient Location. The room we stayed in was not refurbished. Torn, dirty carpets, slow bathroom drain, need bathtub grab bar on the side you step in. The next day housekeeping missed our room and the front desk brought up towels. Our room was at end of hall near stairs and that was very convenient getting to car. Very Quiet. I kind of like the low type hotels compared to the tall towers. This is not HILTON quality.

The check-in went smoove and the front desk staff was very professional. The front desk lady even offered my 4yr old granddaughter chips for free. We get to our room and it's clean and nice including the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable which had my granddaughter and myself snoring all night according to my daughter. We didn't eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel bc we wanted to save money. We didn't get a chance to get in the pool or work out. No problems with our stay and checkout went smooth. Definitely will stay here again.

Not at all worth the price and staff is rude!!! I have stayed many places...Days Inn for instance is about half the price as are Baymont and offer the same amenities. The toilet was clogged, they gave us just one towel, there is nothing whatsoever fancy about it, the hot tub was out of service, the breakfast offered is continental at most hotels it is free...here they call it a buffett and charge 15 per person 🫨🫤☹️and...omg the staff were really rude!!!
