Sonesta Simply Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

A great location close to ohare that worked well for our group. Very comfortable beds that were very clean. It was also great to have a kitchen with all the amenities if you are staying a while! Great shampoo, soaps, conditioners and other products!!!

If you want to stay in a hotel with constant lingering of marijuana smell, sketchy drunk clientele, the most dirties hair dryer, dog urine stained towels; then go for it! Also the checkout time is 11:00 or you’ll be charged about $40 for staying even a minute past that. I’d rather stick with a Four Points or a Hampton in with better service and within the same area for the same price point. This is penny pitching! Overall, a very frustrating and rude experience with 0 thoughts of hospitality. They lost hereby my business

Excellent service and location Free easy as shuttle service to the airport and back .very clean and spacious rooms and " edward" on the front desk is such a helpfull very happy natural bloke that's exactly what you want when youve travelled far and hez your first point of contact Cannot fault him or the hotel Very highly recommend

I Travel all over the world, And I got to tell you Sonesta Simply Suites is one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed at. The access to the airport was a true plus for me as i was able to get to the airport from the hotel seamlessly and the Lobby is super clean as well as my room. Also for whoever sees this and makes there decisions Edward is truly one of the best, his tone, and customer service is top tier, He's a keeper.

Edward, at the front desk, was very helpful! We had a tough situation with our things and our hotel room, but his positive attitude and hard work resolved all our issues. You're the best Edward!! Thanks again. Also, the room was quite spacious with a kitchen and all expected appliances. Would visit again!
