Aloft Chicago O'Hare

The positives: Check in staff very informative and professional. Shuttle driver awesome. Night auditor Also awesome. The negatives. The room is so tiny that it's claustrophobic. The price did not match the value. In fact I ended up leaving 4 hours earlier than my flight because I was that uncomfortable with the room. I left at 3:30am I did not sleep that night. I do not recommend this place if you suffer from claustrophobia. I should have heeded and paid attention to reviews that spoke of how small the rooms really are. I do NOT recommend this place.

Solid hotel. Great location right by O'Hare but with a minimal amount of plane noise. Lively bar at night. Located by a lot of good restaurants in Rosemont that you can walk to. Room was nice, bed was fantastic- Staff were efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again as some of the hotels in the area can be pretty sketchy.

The hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible from the freeway. Parking was in a lot shared with a movie theater and mall. The parking garage was inconvenient to access, strangely set up, and we needed to stop at the front desk to get our card validated every time we wanted to exit the garage. Half the time, the validated cards did not work. There were plenty of dining options nearby. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The room was clean and nothing was broken. The hotel is modern, certainly built or refurbished within the past 10 years. The hotel is close to O'Hare, so planes coming in to land were pretty loud regularly through the day. The room's HVAC system was also quite loud. Honestly, the two sounds were at comparable levels. I heard the HVAC more at night than planes. Our room was supposed to have two queen beds, but they were full sized beds. I don't know if this was an error or if they gave us the wrong category room. The mini-fridge was, oddly, placed under the bathroom sink. I had forgotten to bring distilled water for my CPAP, and the desk clerk didn't even know what distilled water was, much less where I could find some nearby.

It was ok. Rooms are really small for priority. Weird lay out. when we got there but front desk didn’t know much. Rude when it comes to parking and just not knowing. . When where there we got ONE warning that we were making noise. Then 2 nd time when we all going to sleep the hotel called the Sheriff and we had to leave in the night. Who does that. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. RIDICULOUS. This place sucks point blank!!!!!
