Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hoffman Estates IL

The overall service was good. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was not particularly tasty but breakfast room was large and clean. It's a convenient location right off the Illinois Tollway. There is ample parking. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

Stayed at the hotel before and after the flight for our vacation. Tony, our shuttle driver to O'Hare airport and back, was the best! He made getting to the right terminal swhen we left so easy and worry free and came promptly when we called on our return.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Made a Park Sleep Fly reservation and when we called to finalize the details the person answering the phone said no one was available to help us. Told us to call back latter. Called back at least 5 times, no one available to help. Finally said some one would call me. Never happened. Finally, after calling again got to talk to someone who tried to tell me what time I needed to go to the airport and wouldn't take my input. Should be my decision not theirs. In the end just gave up and canceled the reservation.

Terrible. About 30 minutes after I checked in they gave the key to my room to a man who opened the door while I was in bed. When I asked the front desk, they said they accidentally checked him into my room because we have similar initials. The hotel literally doesn't care either. Ridiculous. Do not stay here.

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever embarked upon.It was filthy from the lobby then the elevator and the room was disgusting.Holes in the walls,bathtub had been painted and was chipping away.The carpet stuck to my shoes and the beds look like they hadn’t been changed.And the front desk clerk was frightening and actually called the police on us for saying something about it in a nice way.I have videos I plan to make viral so no one else even attempt to lodge here! It was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
