The staff are all very kind and courteous. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The laundry room is easy to access and is available 24/7 which is very convenient. The only complaint is that the coffee is subpar. I would stay again.

I just want to take the time out to acknowledge Mrs sharicka Holloway from the wood springs suites in Gurnee Illinois, her customer service is outstanding. If you should ever plan a trip to this hotel make sure you ask for her at the front desk.

The property is in a rather remote location about a half mile from a main roadway, and is not particularly walkable to any useful place such as a grocery store or pharmacy. The nearest grocery store is over 2 miles away. It is situated nearly on top of I-94 and the road noise is an annoyance. The hotel is new, clean and well lit. However, there are thieves about. I have personally witnessed people trying to enter my vehicle. The night before last, they succeeded and rummaged through my belongings and stole a phone and 2 pairs of sunglasses. I see the police here often. The rooms start off very clean and the clerks and managers promise that they offer a complete room cleaning every 2 weeks. HOWEVER, they don NOT follow through on that promise. I have requested maid service in my room countless times over the last month. The clerks assured me that it would be attended to each time, but as it turns out, that was merely lip service. By yesterday, I had had enough and was angry. I returned towels to the desk with the intention of complaining to the manager. Z, the clerk on duty was enjoying a bag of chips and some rather obnoxious video on her smartphone. Her body language told me that I was a pest and that I had interrupted her free time. When I asked to see the manager, she said that I had just missed her and returned her eyes to her screen. Again, I asked for maid service. By now, she literally rolled her eyes up and said she would take care of it, but took NO ACTION WHATSOEVER and looked away again. Now, I am angry. I told her I needed to actually see her make a notice to the manager. It was a new all time low in guest service for me. In summary, I rate the service here with one star and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The manager Alonzo is power hungry and will do anything to harm residents he does not like. I waited a month for my tub to be fix. I stayed there since April 2022. I asked for a new room. He told me they did not have any new room. Shortly after, one of his staff came and asked about a vacant room. I said something and he kicked me out of the hotel. I had to find a new place asap, grateful it was pay week. I reported to the corporate office and nothing was done. There are no amenities so staying here is not worth it. I wasted $m 12,000 since April. I have no reward points, though I tried. I had to pay for linen, laundry., and still pay though I did not have a working tub for a month. The staff smoke weed with the guest and do other drugs. This place should be shut down.

Currently relocating to this area for work and this property has been great on my budget! The property for 28 day stays and longer honor the first low price quote as I needed to extend my time even longer. The room has almost a full kitchen! (no oven) The property is well lit, the laundry facility is clean and readily available 24 hours, ample parking, and the Front Desk staff has been excellent with towel and linen exchanges. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for extended relocation to this area!
