Stoney Creek Inn Galena

We had booked a stay through Booking.com. The calendar was on 2026, not 2025. They charged me for the room and when we got to the hotel, I had no room a/c my stay was for 12 mos. Later. Theresa was the front desk supervisor and she fixed everything! I was so tired and it was awesome that she did all that. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfy and they still put 2 full size towels for each person in your room. My only complaint was that it was a bit loud for my liking, but that's not their fault. Thank you again, we'll be back!

Really like this place. Always clean and a great helpful staff. Breakfast is good and enjoy the Loose Moose lounge. Just a 5 minute to the downtown area and close to other businesses and area restaurants. Our 3 rs stay here and pretty sure we will be back.

The room was clean, cozy, and met our needs. The front desk people were nice, not overly but nice enough. Then there was breakfast. They always ran out of something. the first morning was sausage and when a guest asked about making more, the worker in charge just about bit the guys head off and the next morning was the same thing with eggs. Breakfast ends at 9:30, you should serve breakfast until 9:30. My advise, get up early and get your breakfast before they run out, because she didn't want to make more.

Very clean, very comfortable, friendly staff, pet friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. Check in was easy, the included breakfast was tasty and varied day to day, and the places to take the dogs to do their business was very handy to our room.

This hotel is absolutely adorable. All of the rooms were we decorated really cute and has very comfey beds. The breakfast was actally really good and stayed well stocked. The staff was exceptionally friendly and they make a great bloody mary!
