Sheraton Suites Chicago Elk Grove

The hotel was nice but I could not get the room to cool down very much. I turned down the thermostat as much as I could and the vents were blowing cool air but the room still felt hot - I had trouble sleeping. I finally got it to an acceptable temperature the last morning of my stay by turning the temperature down to 62. The fixtures in the bathroom were a bit dated, but everything worked...overall a very nice room other than the temperature. Staff was nice although I had limited interaction with them...however I never got any housekeeping (two night stay) I supposed due to having my "do not disturb" sign up until about 1 PM. However, as I still saw maids active when I was leaving, it would have been nice if they'd gone back to double check rooms they'd passed by earlier to see if the signs had been removed. The hotel did give me a late checkout with no issues, which was nice of them.

I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and dog. For the price we paid, the hotel was good. It's showing signs of its age, but it has been well-maintained overall. I used the gym, which had pretty standard hotel fitness equipment. I did not use the pool, but the area was clean and welcoming. I want to call out excellent service from Alex at the front desk. He handled my check-in quickly and addressed all my questions. There was slight confusion over the correct pet fee for my stay, and it was quickly resolved beyond satisfaction and without hassle. I also witnessed him handle a somewhat trying guest who checked in a few minutes ahead of me with kindness and professionalism. It's fair to say Alex exceeds expectations.

I have the best stay in this hotel. I have been traveling to chicago almost every two weeks and this is always my preferred hotel. From good parking n accessibility to amenities in the hotel is up par. Staff are friendly giving you a home away from home atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is multinational not just a plain continental breakfast. I will always be in this hotel if I come to chicago

Thanks to Tanja and her advices l became a BONVOY member and now I can enjoy my Platinum status. Tanja always takes the best care of me. She cares for the best room and the whole service so my stay is always the most enjoyable. My whole family is delighted by the Sheraton/ Elk Grove Village. We love their food and my kids enjoy the pool a lot. Thanks to Tajna everyone has fun and special treatment. We all want to say: THANK YOU TANJA ♥️

Amazing service! I was stay here for two nights. The room is very lovely, the staff is helpful. Specially the driver team👍👍 My first time at Chicago, I went to the mall by hotel shuttle bus, the driver very nice and asked me comeback at on time. However, I was stand on the 1st floor entrance instead of 2nd one, then I could not meet the driver at on time. At that time, my phone was out of battery too, and I felt nervous. The hotel was flexible to asked Mr. George (driver) to pick me up. . George has great personality n always tell me everything is okay, he was nice to me and even this is my wrong 🥹 his hospitality very worthy and warmly. Marriott need those associates like him. The concierge and driver team also helpful.
