Good location right of highway. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast better then most other Fairfield's or Hampton I have been too. Ask for the quiet side of the building rather than facing highway. Would come back next time in the area. Lots of restaurants within a mile too.

My wife and I were on a 2 week business/pleasure trip. The first week was a motorcycle trip going east from here. The the second was for business. We stayed the night here because it felt safe and was convent to park my pickup with two motorcycles in the back. The location is a little out of the way and a little inconvenient if you like to walk someplace for dinner. However the room was large, comfortable and clean.

We had a suite which was gigantic. It was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. They had cookies out - which was a nice surprise and treat. Breakfast area was clean with friendly staff. There was only one elevator but that was fine when we were there.

Stayed here one night this week in route to nearby Urbana due to my late departure on I-70. This hotel is conveniently located off the interstate - perhaps a bit too close for a true light sleeper (the property does provide white noise machines). The hotel is in need of renovations as other reviews mention but the room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and pleasant. The real good part was leadership. You can tell management genuinely does care about guest feedback. I received a survey this morning about my experience and wanted to let the property know about breakfast beginning a little late that morning. Mark, the GM, directly reached out and went out of his way to make it right in a way that was really unnecessary but clearly designed to try to regain my trust. It really means a lot.

The hotel is old, not kept up. Pets barking. Room smells like disinfectant probably because of dogs. Front desk doesn’t even know to acknowledge customers promply. Overall a one star hotel gave it 2 because breakfast was pretty ok. Highway noise awful and rickety ac units with tiny dated tvs
